Job Responsibilities 

As a GRADUATE TRAINEE you will:

1. Participate in a structured development programme designed to accelerate early-career learning and technical exposure.
2. Gain valuable hands-on experience through challenging assignments across core business and operational functions.
3. Receive dedicated mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback from experienced professionals.
4. Combine both office and field experience to develop a practical understanding of oil and gas operations.
5. Demonstrate excellence, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced professional environment.
6. High-performing trainees may be considered for full-time employment opportunities upon successful completion of the programme.

Job Requirements

1. Applicants must be Nigerians with degrees in any of the following disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Computer, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Geoscience, Business, or Finance.
2. Minimum academic qualification: Second Class Upper (2:1).
3. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2023 or later.
4. Candidates with a Master’s degree must have completed their programme by 2023 or later.
5. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
6. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
