Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day office administrative support
- Handle immigration documentation and processes
- Support property and facility management activities
- Liaise with vendors and negotiate service agreements
- Assist expatriate staff with onboarding and logistics
- Maintain accurate records and administrative reports.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in office administration
- Practical experience with immigration processes
- Property/facility management experience
- Experience working with expatriates is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
