Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support while contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and retrievable.
- Cross-check information against existing records to ensure consistency.
- Input and update relevant data into internal systems, maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform general office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1+ year of previous administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- A proactive attitude to work collaboratively in a team.
