Job Duties
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for venues, catering, and equipment
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Experience using Google Suite or similar software for document management and collaboration
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
