Job Title: Agric Management Trainee
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Supervise, control, and manage assigned operational areas, ensuring continuous improvement of the efficiency level of operations.
- Manage and motivate team members/assigned workforce to efficiently achieve the assigned task and target.
- Ensure controls put in place are followed and improved upon to guarantee the quality targets of the organisation.
- Ensure proper reporting and analysis of data to guide management decision.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- B.Sc/HND in Agronomy, Plant, Crop or Soil Science, Agric Economics/Extension, or Agric Engineering.
- 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- MSc will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Smart, intelligent, honest, dedicated, proactive, and trainable.
