Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for events or special promotions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production, food preparation, bartending, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
