Assistant Manager
Duties:
– Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including bartending, cooking, and kitchen help
– Collaborate with the manager to create schedules and assign tasks to team members
– Ensure food production meets quality standards and follows food safety regulations
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
– Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
– Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record keeping
Experience:
– Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
– Strong knowledge of bartending, cooking, and kitchen operations
– Ability to effectively lead a team and delegate tasks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– Culinary background or relevant certifications are a plus
