Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store, ensure excellent customer service, and help assist the store manager.
- The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing inventory, logistics, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet business targets.
Job Description
- Process all incoming orders and fulfill them on time, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day operations.
- Oversee product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and help achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify best-selling products and relate them to the store manager.
- Provide detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and work with the creative team to come up with content that can influence sales.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSC/HND Degree.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
- Proficiency in using Canva and MS Office
- Good organisational, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale software.
