Job Title: Call Center Agent (Hausa Speaking)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND upper or its equivalent).
- 1 year work experience.
- He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to speak Hausa fluently.
- The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English, Hausa language is a must.
- He / she must have excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Must have completed NYSC.
