Job Title: Cashier / Sales Clerk

Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Clerk to join our team at a leading furniture showroom in Lekki. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions efficiently, maintain accurate cash records, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Receive cash, debit, or transfer payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Reconcile daily cash and sales reports.
- Support sales staff with price checks, stock information, and general assistance.
- Handle customer complaints or refer complex issues to the manager.
- Assist in stock counting and display arrangement when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Clerk, or Front Desk Attendant is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer and POS operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Trustworthy, polite, and customer-oriented.
Salary
- ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 per month.
