Job Description
- As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Your role will be to ensure every customer feel valued and receives the highest level of service.
- You will be responsible for attending to customer needs, managing special requests, and creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Provide information on products, services, and in-store events.
- Handle customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage special requests.
- Coordinate with sales associates and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations on the sales floor.
- Assist with store events.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and our latest collections to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting reception area.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or luxury retail role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Salary
₦100,000 monthly.
