Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking for qualified and enthusiastic people with a vibrant and excellent communication skills to be the friendly voice of our company.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Requirements
- BSc ( 2:2 only) in any field
- Not older than 26 years of age at the time of application
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Suites
- Eloquent and Smart attitude to work.
Salary
₦85,000 – ₦140,000 per month.
