Job summary
- We are seeking a proactive Service Executive to manage customer enquiries and service delivery, driving high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in banking operations and client support.
Requirements
- BSc and HND only
- Must have completed NYSC or have an Exemption Letter
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, relevant IT and other Technical skills are an added advantage.
- Age: Not more than 27 years.
Benefit
- Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦215,000
