Karma Group is hiring for Duty Manager in Evesham, England
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest services
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
