Job Description
- The Errand Staff is responsible for carrying out various errands, deliveries, and personal support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the household or organization.
- This role requires someone trustworthy, fast, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- The ideal candidate must be responsible, polite, and capable of handling different errands efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Errand Running:
- Complete assigned errands such as deliveries, pickups, shopping, and purchases.
- Handle payments, receipts, and proper documentation for all errands.
Logistics Support:
- Assist with receiving packages, handling mail, and coordinating small logistics tasks.
- Manage minor administrative errands when required.
Household/Office Support:
- Support daily operations with basic tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain orderliness in areas related to errands or deliveries.
Communication:
- Provide timely updates on tasks and completion status.
- Interact politely and professionally with vendors, shops, and service providers.
Reliability & Safety:
- Ensure all errands are carried out safely and responsibly.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as an errand runner or similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Trustworthy, organized, and reliable.
- Ability to navigate routes (with or without a bike).
- Polite, respectful, and service-oriented.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly.
