Location: Awoyaya, Ibeju-lekki – Lagos

Job Description
- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
- Interact with clients professionally at all times
- You are expected to follow the instruction of management and discharge duties assigned to you with diligence.
- Maintain current information on properties under management.
- Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, schedule appointments, maintain calendars and assist with travel itineraries and conference room reservations and sending reminders for deadlines (including coordination of meetings and site visits with teams).
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed while maintaining confidentiality in all communication.
- Act as a company culture liaison between the clients and the MD and anticipate MD’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences etc.
- Write and compile minute of meetings.
- Responsible for ordering and sending any milestone gifs for clients as ordered by the MD.
- Performing administrative duties, answering telephone lines, creating letters and compiling written communications, typing and filling.
- Creating reports, maintaining reports, spreadsheets and databases.
