Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Human Resource Manager at GBfoods Nigeria, located in Lagos.
- The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
- They will collaborate with the factory management team to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and contribute to a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
- Relevant HR certifications is compulsory.
