Job Title: Factory Workman

Job Summary
- We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Factory Workmen to join our team in producing high-quality furniture comparable to major brands in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture production, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of furniture pieces, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently as per instructions.
- Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods with care to prevent damage.
- Follow production plans and schedules to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Conduct quality checks during and after production to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to workplace safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Support team members in completing tasks and achieving production goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a furniture factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in furniture or manufacturing accredited Institution in Nigeria.
- Familiarity with tools and machinery used in furniture production (e.g., drills, saws, sanders).
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly.
