The Life Spring Development Foundation (LSDF) is a Nigerian-led non-profit organization established by distinguished academics and seasoned development professionals with extensive expertise in maternal child health, adolescent reproductive health and youth economic empowerment. In response to the global movement for strengthen local leadership in Africa’s development, LSDF plays a critical role in Nigeria’s reproductive health landscape, traditionally dominated by international actors, by leveraging local expert- ise, global best practices, and strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. Its mission is to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) through knowledge management, youth empowerment and the delivery of compassionate, comprehensive, stigma-free services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Assistant
Location: Abuja
Category: Fixed Term
Role Summary
- The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing all reception and administrative front office duties at the LSDF Abuja office.
- The position plays a key role in main training a professional office environment, supporting administrative logistics, and ensuring effective communication flow within the organization.
- The role requires excellent inter-personal skills, discretion, and attention to detail to support LSDF’s operations and visitors efficiently.
- This position will report to the HR and Admin Officer.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretariat Studies, Sociology or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a similar administrative or front desk role, preferably within an NGO or corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Professional appearance, confidentiality, and reliability.
