Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a young, smart, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
- The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences through efficient reception, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery.
Job Description / Requirements
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest records.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain reception area in line with 5-star hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years experience in a hotel front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software is an advantage.
- Proximity to the job location is preferred.
