Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join our team.
- The Fuel Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the fueling area.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuel Dispensing: Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide information on products and services.
- Transaction Handling: Process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic payment systems.
- Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the fueling area, including pumps, dispensers, and surrounding areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Assistance: Offer additional services such as checking oil, water, and tyre pressure if required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Outdoor working environment.
Salary
₦50,000 / month.
