We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the business
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability targets are met
- Supervise and coordinate department heads (Sales, Admin, Operations)
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Establish and enforce company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in business growth and operations management
- High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly.
