Care Visitor Job Description
Reports To: Registered Manager
Salary Range: £ 10.50 – £ 13.00
Job Overview:
The Care Visitor will be responsible for supporting all Buckingham Home Care clients in their own homes enabling them to remain as independent as they are able.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication and household tasks as per their individualised care plans
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Follow Buckingham Home Care policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure all training is completed to the timeframes set by Buckingham Home Care
- Complete legible and detailed records as required
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Recognise, report and record any areas of concern
Person Specification:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player also able to work alone
- Kind and caring approach
Education / Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: From £10.00 per hour
