The Recruitment Team will discuss with you the different services we have available during a telephone interview.
Your tasks will include: –
- Assisting the Lead Nurse and working as part of the Mission Control team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly each day.
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing them with exceptional service throughout their health assessment.
- Using our client management system to provide clinical and administrative support to doctors and the clinical team.
- Maintaining a safe clinical environment and acting professionally and warmly.
- Showing enthusiasm to develop client relationships and services.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth flow of clinical and administrative work.
- Checking and completing client forms and consent forms.
- Informing clients of relevant assessment details.
- Maintaining confidentiality according to the Data Protection Act.
- Answering phone calls as needed.
- Preparing client rooms with welcome packs.
- Ensuring cleanliness in all clinic and client areas.
- Managing client and clinic schedules accurately.
- Acting as a chaperone if required (training provided).
- Performing tasks such as taking blood samples, basic observations, body composition tests, tonometry, audiometry, and spirometry.
- Organizing FIT tests and tracking results.
- Assisting the lead nurse with managing the client schedule for the day.
- Chasing client blood test results and ensuring availability for doctors.
- Escorting clients to consultations/tests when necessary.
- Managing client amenities and stock levels.
- Managing laundry and supplies.
- Restocking consultation rooms as needed.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and reporting issues.
- Training will be provided for certain tasks.
