- The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, effective management of resources, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Description
- Train, and supervise clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for staff members.
Patient and Stakeholder Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the Specialist Surgery Clinic operates in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Technology and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and implement relevant tools to improve clinic efficiency.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is essential. Master’s Degree desirable.
- Proven experience in healthcare or hospitality administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Work schedule:
- 0800 – 1700 hours (weekdays)
- Please note that the applicant may be required to work longer hours and on weekends depending on business exigencies.
