Job Description

• Our client is seeking a highly capable Hospitality Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Event Center, Bar, and Hotel operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate staff across departments (event planning, food and beverage, housekeeping, etc.).
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to maintain smooth operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the venue and increase bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or event management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with budgeting, inventory, and operational procedures.
• A Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Ideal candidates must reside within Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki and its environs.
