Job Description
- The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience. This includes managing staff, optimizing hotel performance, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage hotel budgets and financial performance.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Guest Relations:
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel.
Compliance:

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
