Job Title: HR Manager (UK Labour Law)
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices are fully compliant with UK employment legislation
- Advise management on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, hearings, and resolution of disputes
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes in line with legal and internal requirements
- Support change management and organisational restructuring activities
- Oversee HR audits, compliance reporting, and policy development
- Provide guidance on contracts of employment, working hours, holiday entitlement, and termination procedures
- Partner with legal counsel where needed for complex HR matters
- Deliver training on HR compliance and employment law updates to managers and staff
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in line with legal obligations.
Salary
₦600,000 – ₦1,000,000 monthly.
