Job Description
- We are looking for competitive professionals who can formulate strategies to increase company productivity and employee satisfaction.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, communications, or related field
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in human resource management practice
- Professional development and training are an added advantage
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ideal candidate should be personable
- Should be proactive and flexible.
Knowledge area:
- Clear understanding of:
- Recruitment, orientation and onboarding
- ITF Regulations and compliance.
- Industry Relations Knowledge
- Labor Laws
- HRIS applications and use of Microsoft.
Remuneration
- Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly.
