Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve HR strategies, systems, and procedures in line with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including senior-level recruitment.
- Coordinate recruitment in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll documentation and reporting.
- Provide training on goal-setting and support managers in performance reviews.
- Serve as the main point of HR knowledge for employee and management inquiries.
- Lead internal communications, employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly HR reports.
- Develop and implement staff care strategies and well-being programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 4 – 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Must have union experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR operations.
