Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead the human resources functions and support the organizational goals at our branch in Ogun State.
- The HR Manager will oversee all HR Operations, ensuring they align with our business strategies. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes,
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of talent.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Analyze HR metrics and use data to improve HR systems and practices.
Requirements
- BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 10 years experience in plant compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, HSE, and industrial regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and database.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions and lead terms effectively.
