- The ICT Specialist ensures the smooth operation of the bank’s information technology systems.
Duties
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and networks.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Supporting digital banking initiatives and IT projects.
- Ensuring data security, backup, and compliance with IT policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of network administration, database management, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in banking IT systems is an added advantage.
