Job Description
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel.
- The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, checking them in and out efficiently while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Manage hotel reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met, including arranging for special requests and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including managing the lobby, guest check-in/check-out area, and concierge desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing guest accounts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service preferably in a hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
