Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state
Employment Type: Full-time

Available Positions

1. Customer Service Support – ₦100,000 – ₦150,000

2. IT Customer Acquisition Support – ₦600,000 – ₦1.5M

3. Customer Service Agent – ₦40,000

General Requirements

1. Customer Service Support

   A. Minimum of B.Sc and HND in a related field.
   B. Candidate must have knowledge of CRM software
   C. Candidate must have minimum of one year experience in the field

   2. IT Customer Acquisition Support

   A. Minimum of B.Sc and HND in a related field.
   B. Candidate must have 3 – 7 years of experience in the field
   C. Technical Skills: UNIX, SRE, SQL, AWS, DEV and OPS.

   3. Customer Service Agent

   A. Minimum of B.Sc and HND in a related field.
   B. Candidate must have minimum of one year experience in the field.

Note: Candidates must lives in Ikoyi and Obalende
