Job Summary
- We are searching for a self-motivated club manager who can help our organization to grow.
- The club manager should be able to network and build lasting, professional relationships with clients, while constantly looking for ways to increase monthly sign-ups.
- The club manager’s responsibilities include working with a broad client base and a capable team of staff.
- You should be able to work under pressure and answer a number of questions from staff and club members in a polite manner.
Your duties includes:
- Setting goals for improving the business.
- Screening and coaching all new hires.
- Improving the club’s marketing strategy and workshopping ways to increase revenue.
- Organizing team-building events.
- Building loyalty between clients and the club.
- Encouraging feedback for improvement.
- Providing supervision and training to all new and existing staff.
- Dealing promptly with all grievances from both staff and club members.

Responsiblities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports

Job Title: Waitress / Waiter

Description
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.

- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

- We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable kitchen assistant to assist the cook with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen
Responsibilities

Job Title: Club Disc Jockey (DJ)

Job Description
- We are looking for a talented disc jockey to connect with guests/clients in our club. As a DJ, you will be responsible for engaging with listeners, queueing up playlists, presenting commercials, taking music requests, and generating interest in our events.
Your responsibilities includes:
- Operate lighting and visual effects in time to the beat
- Play and mix records in clubs or bars, to create atmosphere or keep people dancing
- Choose music to suit your audience’s taste and the venue’s music policy
- Create your own sounds by manipulating beats, using samples, adding extra music and sound effects
- Work with an MC and Hypeman
- Choose the music to be played
- Keep up an entertaining and natural flow of chat
- Operate studio equipment to play music, pre-recorded news, jingles and advertisements.
