Job Overview
- We are seeking a responsible, organized, and nurturing individual to support the structured learning and development of our children.
- This role is ideal for someone with an education background and strong coordination skills who can manage the children’s daily schedules, oversee their tutors and learning activities, and provide regular progress updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the children’s daily and weekly schedules
- Liaise with multiple subject tutors to ensure seamless and effective learning
- Monitor academic and extracurricular progress, and support with project planning and supervision
- Maintain clear records of educational activities, milestones, and tutor feedback
- Provide a comprehensive monthly report on the children’s academic and developmental progress
- Support time management, homework completion, and project deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a structured or academic setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, patient, and dependable demeanor
- Must be based in Lagos.
Salary
₦150,000 Monthly.
