Vixa Healthcare, a Manufacturing company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Ibafo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- Responsible for safely controlling various machines/equipment involved in liquid production line.
Responsibilities
- Set up machine/equipment for operation.
- Start machine/equipment and make adjustments to machine when necessary to improve performance.
- Operate machine/equipment according to SOP on operation of machine/equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance in conjunction with the maintenance engineer and external engineer as the case may be. .
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Clean the machine/equipment according to the SOP on cleaning of respective machine/equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work area according to the SOP.
- Ensure all processes are done under strict current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Minimum Educational Requirement and Experience
- National / Higher National Diploma Certificate.
- At least three years of related experience is required with understanding of production and plant procedures (GMP).
Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skill, Attention to details, Analytical and numerical skills i.e. ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), Ability to work in a team.
