Job Summary
- The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the real estate company.
- This includes managing property acquisition, leasing, sales, and marketing strategies, as well as supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate company
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties
- Manage property acquisitions and sales processes
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and real estate partners
- Supervise and train staff, including agents and administrative personnel
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets for properties and departments
- Analyze financial data to maximize profitability
- Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, laws, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in real estate management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Go setter and a goal getter.
Skills:

- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
Work Environment:
- The Real Estate Manager typically works in an office environment but may also visit properties and meet with clients or vendors on-site.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly.
