Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced manager to oversea the day-to-day function of their HMO company based in Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations: This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth workflows, and monitoring performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies: This could involve creating marketing plans, improving customer service, or optimizing healthcare delivery processes.
- Managing budgets and resources: This includes allocating funds, negotiating contracts with providers, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Building relationships: This includes fostering relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Bussiness Development: This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Analyzing data and making decisions: Managers need to analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve performance.
- Problem-solving: Addressing issues that arise, such as patient complaints or operational challenges.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree may be preferred for some roles.
- Experience: Several years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an HMO setting.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, HMO operations, and management principles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Operations Manager: Focuses on the day-to-day operations of the HMO, ensuring efficiency and quality of service.
- Provider Relations Manager: Manages relationships with healthcare providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring a smooth network of care.

Salary
₦200,000 – ₦280,000 monthly.

Job Title: Female Shop Attendance (Supermarket)
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Our client is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Female Shop Attendant to join the team at Wuse 2, Abuja. As a Shop Attendant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile, creating a positive first impression.
