Job Title: Managing Director
Location: Southwest, Nigeria.
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a transformational leader to spearhead a mortgage bank located in South West.
- Reporting to the Board, the ideal Managing Director will have proven and demonstrable experience in driving strategic growth, Innovation, and operational excellence in a financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and vision Business growth and expansion.
- Operational excellence and risk management.
- Stakeholder engagement and leadership development.
Qualifications and Competence Required
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Post graduate or Professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in banking or other financial services industry.
- Must have held a senior management position for at least three years.
- Mortgage Banking experience is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of C-suite leadership in financial services.
- Deep expertise in mortgage banking and strategic management.
- Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
