Job Title: Managing Director
Location: Remo Axis, Ogun

Roles
- Responsible for overseeing the organization and ensuring business growth, profitability and effectiveness in performance to maximize and sustain shareholders value.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the achievement of the banks profitability and growth targets as approved by the Board and consistently meet key performance indicator
- Develop and implement initiatives/interventions as required to increase revenue and/or reduce operating cost
- Ensure that the bank complies with all regulatory requirements and behaves in a socially responsible manner
- Liaises with all relevant industry, government and regulatory bodies. ensuring that the banks interest are presented and protected
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the board of directors
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other related course
- Must be a member of Nigeria institute of bankers or institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (MCIB, ACIB, FCIB, ACA, FCA)
- Minimum of 15 years cumulative relevant working experience with at least 7 years of proven track at management level
- Commercial awareness and deep knowledge of Microfinance banking
- Excellent organizational and visionary leadership skills
- Financial management skills
- Should not be more than 50 years on 1 January 2025.
