Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition through sales of bank products.
- Cross-selling of company products and services.
- Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing events.
- Provide sales leads for Team Leads, Supervisors and Branch Managers.
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND in any discipline.
- 1-3 years experience as a Direct Sales Executive or Marketing Associate in a Commercial Bank.
- 30 years and below.
- Strong customer/client engagement skills.
- Good Problem-solving skills.
- Good Relationship management skills.
- Ability to network and prospect for new clients.
- Good dress sense.
