Job Title: Office Housekeeper / Cook (Chinese Cuisine Specialist)

Job Summary
- The Office Housekeeper/Cook will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment while preparing and serving authentic Chinese meals for the Chinese nationals in the office.
- The role requires expertise in Chinese cuisine, attention to detail, and the ability to create a comfortable and hygienic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Cooking and Meal Preparation:
- Plan and prepare authentic Chinese meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner tailored to the preferences of Chinese nationals.
- Source and manage fresh, high-quality ingredients, including specialty items for Chinese cuisine.
- Prepare beverages such as tea or coffee as requested.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Manage food inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Cleaning and Office Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas and Chinese nationals dormitory.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy environment.
- Restock and clean restrooms, ensuring supplies like soap, tissue, and paper towels are available.
- Organize and clean the pantry or kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal effectively.
General Duties:
- Assist with setting up and cleaning after office events or meetings.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Persons with higher degree or related trainings are encouraged to apply
Experience:
- Proven experience cooking authentic Chinese meals
- Work experience with Chinese is an added advantage
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in an office setting.
Skills and Attributes:
- Expertise in Chinese cuisine, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to learn fast.
- Polite and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
- Physical stamina to handle both cleaning and cooking tasks.
Work Environment:

- Requires standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and frequent movement.
