Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Park Manager to oversee the operations and management of our park.
- This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about outdoor spaces, sustainable practices, and providing exceptional visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
- Manage a team of park staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement maintenance and conservation programs for park facilities and natural resources.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Foster relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
- Address visitor concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in park management, operations, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Budgeting and financial management expertise etc
- Certifications and Training in any of the following
- Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP)
- Certified Manager of Recreation (CMR), Certified Event Planner (CEP)
- Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
- Chartered Institute of Management (CIM).
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly.
