Job Title: POS Retriever
Locations: Abuja, Oyo, Ogun, Nasarawa, Lagos, Kano, Rivers, Delta, Edo, Kogi, Kwara Kaduna, Ondo, Niger.
About the Role
- We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented POS Retrievers to join our field operations team. The role involves retrieving faulty, inactive, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, updating inventory records, and ensuring timely handover to our operations or technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve POS terminals from merchants and agents as scheduled.
- Verify device details, update records, and provide merchant confirmation.
- Safely transport devices to hubs or service centers.
- Meet retrieval targets and service timelines (SLAs).
- Provide clear communication and support to merchants.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE/OND (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years’ experience in field operations, logistics, or POS handling.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across assigned state.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and good communication skills.
