Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and supervise store staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, cash handling, and safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and store operations.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Sales management experience with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
