Job Title: Sales Girl (with Cashier & WhatsApp Customer Support Duties)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a friendly and proactive Salesgirl to join our team. This position combines in-store sales, cashier responsibilities, and direct customer engagement via WhatsApp.
- The ideal candidate is approachable, tech-savvy, and ready to support our fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist customers with purchases and product inquiries.
- Share product knowledge, highlight promotions, and guide purchase decisions.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
Cashier Duties:
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle various payment methods (cash, card, mobile).
- Issue receipts, manage returns, and follow refund policies.
- Reconcile cash drawer at shift end and report discrepancies.
WhatsApp Customer Support:
- Respond to customer messages promptly via the store’s WhatsApp group.
- Share product photos, price details, and availability updates.
- Assist with remote orders and coordinate pickups or deliveries.
- Maintain polite, helpful, and professional online interactions.
Store Support:
- Receive and organize incoming stock.
- Monitor inventory and inform management of low or missing items.
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Additional Notes:
- Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted, expanded, or reassigned at any time based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- OND, SSCEor equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
- Female only for gender balance
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, honest, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Location – Idumota, Lagos Island (Candidate must reside in Lagos Island or environs).
Salary
₦55,000 Monthly and daily Lunch.
