Job Title: Shop Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Ensure the store meets the brand’s operational standards, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience that align’s with the brand’s values.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to create in-store promotional campaigns and events.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure store presence aligns with branding and marketing initiatives.
- Support the launch of new products or collections, working with the team to promote the effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Shop Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficient in retail management software and POS system.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
