Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Spa/Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our spa and salon.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in spa and salon management, including expertise in hairdressing, skincare treatments, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa and salon staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a cohesive and skilled team.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling and staff work structure.
- Manage inventory and stock levels for products and supplies.
- Implement and enforce high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that all services are performed to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and product quality.
- Keep updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new techniques and services.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote products and services effectively.
- Monitor and achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee licensing requirements for staff and the establishment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in spa and salon management, with expertise in hairdressing, skincare, and related services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Remuneration
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly.
