Job Description

- You’ll oversee all sports facilities, from basketball courts to archery ranges, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll also drive business development, grow revenue, and build partnerships to put us on the map.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our diverse sports facilities, ensuring top-notch standards and seamless experiences for all users.
- Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in sporting activities, ensuring our facilities cater to recreational players and competitive athletes alike.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of attendants, referees, and support staff.
- Organize and promote events, tournaments, and community activities to grow engagement.
- Manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and track KPIs to measure and sustain success.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in sports management or business development roles, with expertise in managing sports facilities.
- A track record of creating and delivering revenue-generating opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of sporting activities and facility standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a flair for innovation.
